Technical R&D Manager

Job Description:

1. Based on the company's development plan and market demand, develop medium - to long-term plans for technological innovation, product research and development, process specifications, and technical team building, and organize their implementation;

2. Responsible for the R&D management of various project teams and resolving technical issues encountered during the experimental process of the project teams;

3. Fully responsible for project feasibility analysis, reviewing and modifying project reports, and providing solutions;

4. Responsible for team building, training, assessment, and daily management of various project teams in the R&D center, enhancing the overall R&D capabilities of the team;

5. Cooperate with the company to provide internal and external technical support in terms of products, technology, and processes;

6. Reasonably plan and manage technology research and development budgets, review project team funds, and ensure the rational utilization and allocation of resources.

Job requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in organic chemistry, applied chemistry, pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering or related majors, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience,

More than 3 years of management experience;

2. Familiar with modern organic synthesis technology, able to solve technical problems encountered in experiments, and have strong professional literature research ability;

3. Strong independent work ability and excellent teamwork and communication skills;

4. Good English proficiency, able to read and analyze relevant foreign literature and materials.

Organic synthesis researcher

Job Description:

1. Independently and safely complete the synthesis of small molecule (FTE), pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates, cosmetic raw materials, and other projects;

2. Select reaction conditions and design synthesis routes through literature review and discussion;

3. Proficient in post-processing the reaction, purifying and separating to obtain the target product;

4. Timely and effectively solve problems encountered during the experimental process;

5. Familiar with commonly used analytical instruments, analyze HNMR, LC-MS, GC-MS spectra, etc;

6. Write detailed and accurate experimental project reports.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in organic synthesis, pharmacy, chemistry or related majors, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience;

2. Have a good research and development background, strong learning ability, and communication skills;

3. Able to complete projects in a timely and effective manner;

Senior Organic Synthesis Researcher

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the R&D management of the project team and resolving technical issues encountered during the experimental process;

2. Fully responsible for participating in project feasibility analysis, formulating synthesis routes, optimizing processes, as well as reviewing and modifying project reports and providing feasibility suggestions for pilot projects;

3. Independently design and operate experiments, solve problems that arise during experiments, and conduct comprehensive analysis of experimental results;

4. Responsible for the daily management, training, and assessment of the project team;

5. Proficient in analyzing spectra such as HNMR, LC-MS, GC-MS, etc;

6. Reasonably plan and manage technology research and development budgets to ensure the rational utilization and allocation of resources.
